- Validity
The face value of any Adrenaline Gift Voucher can be used towards any Adrenaline experience for up to three (3) years. In the event that the price of the activity displayed on the gift voucher increases after a period of 12 months, customers may opt to pay the difference between the face value of the gift voucher at the time of sale and the price at the time of redemption, or use their gift voucher credit towards any other booking on the Adrenaline site. Adrenaline Gift Cards purchased after 31/3/2022 are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
- Redemption
To redeem your ADRENALINE PTY LTD Gift Voucher, please complete a Booking/Order Form on our website www.adrenaline.com.au. A calendar of available dates for your adventure is located under "Next Available Dates" on the web page for your adventure.
It is the Gift Voucher holder's responsibility to ensure the gift voucher is redeemed before the expiry date of their gift voucher. Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be redeemed towards the purchase of another Gift Voucher. A card payment fee equivalent to up to 0.63% of the total amount charged will apply to each gift voucher paid for using a debit, prepaid, credit or charge card. A transaction fee equivalent to up to 1.5% of the total amount charged will apply to each gift voucher paid for using PayPal. A transaction fee equivalent to up to 2.2% of the total amount charged will apply to each gift voucher paid for using zipPay.
A maximum of five (5) Adrenaline Gift Cards can be used per booking.
- Extending the expiry date
We understand that things do pop up, or time can pass you by. If you forget to redeem your gift voucher there are some options to extend the value of your gift voucher.
Not Expired - Extension Required
If your gift voucher hasn't expired, we can extend your gift voucher for an additional 3 months for an administration fee of $30. An extension can only be made once.
Gift Voucher Expired - within 90 days of expiry
If your gift voucher has been expired for 90 days or less we can reactivate your voucher for a fee of $30.
Gift Voucher Expired - 91 days or more past expiry
If your voucher has been expired for 91 days or more the voucher cannot be extended under any circumstances.
- Transferring your Gift Voucher to someone else
You can transfer your voucher to another person. Please call ADRENALINE PTY LTD and request a Transfer Form to be sent to you, as we need written consent.
- Flexibility
The value of your Gift Voucher is fully flexible, and is transferable towards any ADRENALINE PTY LTD product.
- Discontinuing an item purchased
ADRENALINE PTY LTD reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any adventure purchased on a Gift Voucher, but agrees to replace the item discontinued with any other adventure to the same value or refund the purchase amount in full.
- 14 Day ‘change of mind’ Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the Gift Voucher that you have purchased from ADRENALINE PTY LTD, then you may request a refund of the Gift Voucher within 14 days of the purchase date. The amount refunded will be subject to (i.e. reduced by) any postage or delivery costs that were incurred by ADRENALINE PTY LTD and will exclude any additional fees paid at the time of the purchase. Refunds are only permitted for Gift Vouchers that have not been used in whole or in part. Refunds can only be processed back to the original purchaser of the Gift Voucher.
After a period of 14 days has elapsed from the date of purchase of the Gift Voucher, the Gift Voucher will be non-refundable in whole or in part however our Gift Vouchers are fully flexible and may be exchanged to be used towards another Adrenaline product or adventure.
- Lowest Price Guarantee
We guarantee that the participant will pay the lowest price online. If the participant is able to find a lower online advertised price for the same adventure run by the same operator elsewhere online then ADRENALINE PTY LTD will endeavour to beat it.
- Promotional Codes
Only one promotional code per person per transaction can be used. Promotional codes are not valid in conjunction with Gift Voucher Redemptions, iFLY Indoor Skydiving products, Skydive The Beach Group products or in conjunction with the $250 for $225 Gift Voucher offer. Any transaction fees paid at the time of the purchase are not to be considered to be included in the transaction amount for the purposes of applying a promotional code.
- Shipping and Postage
Free Express Shipping is offered for Gift Voucher orders over $179. If multiple Gift Vouchers are purchased in one order, then Free Express Shipping is offered if the average Gift Voucher is greater than $179.
