TCBA iPad Care and Use Terms Agreement Legal
Upon accepting the TCBA iPad, the merchant agrees:
- The iPad remains under the care and property of The Cash Back App
- The Merchant will take due care in protecting the iPad against theft and damage
- The Merchant will not remove the iPad from the place of business
- The Merchant will not log out of the iTunes account of cashbackapp@icloud.com
- If the iPad is logged out of the cashbackapp@icloud.com iTunes account, the Merchant agrees to pay a $50 service fee to reconnect the iPad to this account
