The Cash Back App are currently looking for more Business Development Managers that are an absolute gun in the field of sales. We're on the look out for young, highly motivated individual with a proven track record of smashing goals (ideally with strong contacts within the B2B and retail space).

Responsibilities

  • Prospect potential new businesses and get listings for the Cash Back App
  • Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of new leads and opportunities
  • Meet potential new merchants by growing, maintaining and leveraging your established network of business contacts
  • Identify potential new opportunities and decision makers within a merchant's organisation
  • Research and build relationships with new merchants
  • Set up meetings between yourself and new merchants
  • Handle objections and questions by clarifying, emphasising agreements/features and working through differences to a positive/mutually beneficial conclusion

Skills and Experience Required

  • Highly energetic with a passion for sales
  • Self-starter who can manage their time well and work autonomously
  • Must love cold calling and developing new relationships
  • Previous sales experience highly regarded
  • Must be able to work in a KPI driven environment
  • Must be able to meet sales targets as required
