Mates On A Mission are an honest and hard-working group of mates whose goal is to raise funds and provide lasting memories for families of terminally ill children.
We provide families with memorable experiences when life becomes the essence of time.
Mates on A Mission was founded in 2004, and in 2009 became registered as a nonprofit organisation. In 2018, the Mates decided to shift their focus towards helping families with terminally ill children, that are struggling financially to create 'one more' lasting family memory with their loved one.
To date, Mates On A Mission have raised in excess of $750,000. Previously, this money went toward funding the Westmead Children's Hospital, Fr Chris Riley's Youth Off The Streets and more recently, to the building of playgrounds and 'sensory gardens' for disadvantaged schools that have difficulty receiving funding.
